HEAVEN The part of space in which the omnipresent
Jehovah resides.
The habitation of God, and is represented as the
residence of angels and blessed spirits.
Deu 26:15 Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven,
and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou
swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven
with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and
the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Heb 9:24 For Christ is not entered into the holy
places made with hands, which are the
figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the
presence of God for us:
1Jn 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven,
the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
Mat 10:32 Whosoever therefore
shall confess me before men,
him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 10:33 But whosoever shall
deny me before men,
him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
OR
HELL The place for the wicked after death. A real place.
Mat 10:28 And fear not them
which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul:
but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and
body in hell.
Luk 12:4 And I say unto you my
friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body,
and after that have no more that they can do.
Luk 12:5 But I will forewarn
you whom ye shall fear:
Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into
hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
Luk 16:20 And there was a
certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
Luk 16:21 And desiring to be
fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table:
moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
Luk 16:22 And it came to pass,
that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom:
the rich man also died, and was buried;
Luk 16:23 And in hell he
lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off,
and Lazarus in his bosom.
Luk 16:24 And he cried and
said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the
tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this
flame. Luk 16:25 But Abraham said,
Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and
likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. Luk 16:26 And beside all this,
between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass
from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
Luk 16:27 Then he said, I pray
thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:
Luk 16:28 For I have five
brethren; that he may testify unto them,
lest they also come into this place of torment.
Luk 16:29 Abraham saith unto
him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
Luk 16:30 And he said, Nay,
father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
Luk 16:31 And he said unto him,
If they hear not Moses and the prophets,
neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the
dead.
Mat 25:41 Then shall he say
also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting
fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
The responsibility is yours! God has made all the preparations!
